In the center of the woods, there is a tree stump. Wait for the boss to slow approach you, then use the Tornado Rod to hover over and on it, stunning it in the process.
Fire Bubbles are ominous skulls surrounded by flames that bounce around the room like a ball. Leap off the ledge and climb the next set of stairs.

On the other side is the big door; beyond is the dungeon’s boss. A circle of flames will appear around you, but they can be blown out by using the Tornado Rod. Use your Tornado Rod to deflame them and then kill them with your sword. Finally, hit the other top switch to jump to the right, and head through the door.
Climb the steps in this room and head back left to the large central room. This leads you to the northwest cavity. That's your path to the 3F – pounce into it and take a ride! to cut him down to size, then jump back on top when his eye appear again. Head back right to the main room once again. Kill the enemies and then hit the orb. Enemies: After that is all said and done, head to the top right door and go through it. Use your Tornado Rod to blow off their fire, and then strike them with your sword. You may need to shoot the Bari with arrows to form a safe path.
Walk to the northwest corner of the room and head through the door to the west.
Just north of the Eastern Palace there is a small witches hut where Link can purchase potions. After pocketing the rupees, merge into the wall below and then walk left, until you cross the gap. Watch out for Popos trying to ambush you by the stairs.

Inside, move up the stairs and exit through either side door. Step on the switch to open the gate, then step inside the House of Gales. Luckily, you'll be heading that way after completing the House of Gales.
