These "loan accounts" are the actual loans from the schools you have attended and contain all of the data (what you owe, etc). I haven't done it so I'm sorry I can't give specific instructions but I've seen it as part of a banner when I last went on to the website to try and add my Heartland account.
ECSI is falsely reporting a defaulted student loan, they have been contacted by the Department of Education, and have yet to respond to their request. I kept getting alerts that the ECSI account couldn't be updated so I figured it's because it got switched over to Heartland so I removed the account and chose the Heartland ECSI one thinking it would solve it but now it won't even allow it to link. Now when I give it my easypath account, it adds it but it does not come up with any data because the easypath account doesnt actually have the loan data in it, its just a way to view your various loan accounts. When I asked Heartland ECSI customer service about the issue, s/he told me "I am sorry, for security reasons, our website is not compatible with Mint.com.".
Remember to provide your school code and account number. Keep getting "incorrect credentials" despite being able to log in at https://heartland.ecsi.net with the same exact username/pw.
