I’m so hungry looking at this… looks sooooo good. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and crust turns slightly golden brown. I love everything about this pizza, and it’s so pretty to look at too! You know I’m on board with the Greek toppings, but I’m loving the added chickpeas, too … no one could accuse this pizza of not taking health into consideration! Stay safe. Once onion & garlic cooked I followed recipe assembling onto the flatbread the pesto (I brushed it on using prepared pesto with a pastry brush) then added 4 pieces of sliced mozzarella (per flatbread) feta cheese chopped tomatoes kalamata olives (sliced) & topped with a drizzle of evoo (extra virgin olive oil) & a couple of shakes of dried basil & baked per directions.
