I wouldn’t have thought about picking a paramedic had the game not told me about them and what they can do at the moment when I could use one. So I will get AC when I feel like it. It’s your choice. Another thing I thought about is maybe getting the UPLAY+ for like a month to wait for the game price do drop, but I'm not sure how much and how quickly game prices typically drop.

How is Ubisoft better as a company? You get $20 in game coins ($20 in certs basically) and the game is Guaranteed 2 Love, which means you can trade it in the first 48 hours (end of day sunday, launch weekend) for $59.99 back in trade credit. Either way I'm looking forward to both. First yea you can play the game on day of release that is oct 29th not 3 days early as they removed that for all editions. Personally I would go with Legion only because it’s trying something new and it’s London. It’s better to enter a construction zone as a construction worker.
