this is a fantastic special japan edition of this 35th ann box set, what makes this unique to japan is one booklet & the special japan only SHM remastered cds that are only available in japan, my favorite discs here are the demo ideas disc & the early rough mixes disc and the original demos disc, the new remixes of both the uk & us versions sound great as do the originals, the dvd is ok as i have had that footage for years on dvd and most of it all came with the back to the bone dvd set about 5 years back and also the goodies of replications of all the tour merch from 1984 like the tour programme replica, the photo book & all make this a wonderful package for the 35th ann of this classic whitesnake record, im mostly a fan of whitesnake 77 to 82 but this just might have been the best record that band ever did and now 35 years on with JON LORD, MEL GALLEY & COZY POWELL all gone only half the line up are still alive, after this record when 1987 came along i forever lost interest in them as they where never the same again but i cherish all this band did from 1977 through 1984. this is a beautiful japan edition of this box set!
