$20 is more than justifiable for something that not but a generation ago (or even this generation if released on a handheld) could be a full retail release. If a lane does not have a significant number of notes between checkpoints, it automatically increased at these checkpoints. It’s basically a console version of Rock Band Unplugged. The more I hear about the game, the more fun it sounds. so they will have keys and harmonies where necessary. Once passed a minimum amount of Overdrive, the player can then activate this powerup. Without getting into it, I'm totally pissed about this situation. I tried re-entering the key, and it said it had been used already, even though I didn't get anything from it (although I guess it's my fault for using it improperly). And, lest we forget, there’s been a pretty big downswing in popularity for the genre. So, it still seems like there's no workaround besides getting a copy of RB3. They have to appeal to the casual gamers to sell this to the wider audience. Some posts on the official RB forums seem to suggest that you can redeem the code included with RB2 directly with the Xbox or PSN "redeem code" option. The Beatles: Rock Band has never exported to any other Rock Band title.
I think all you need to do is just get that export key. The Rock Band 2 code has to be entered into Rock Band 3.
