Miss Kubo staffs. I have to say that was the best sushi experience I have had in a while. I'll never go back to a Kubo's again. They always remember us and know what we want before we order. White tuna, fresh salmon, shrimp, kani, kama, eel and 4 piece California roll.

Cons: Hard to find parking at times, While there are many good sushi restaurants in Houston, Kubo remains our favorite because it offers more traditionally prepared Japanese dishes. Deep-fried pork with curry sauce and rice. Please come back to see us. This restaurant was recommended to me for the ramen…which was just so so. This restaurant has not received enough recent ratings to display a current ratings snapshot. Their specials, happy hour, and frequent dining program are also great.

Japanese, Sushi. Thanks! We have been going to Kubo's since we moved here two years ago. Green beans, avocado, lettuce and cucumber. Service is almost always perfect, the staff is cool...sometimes when they are really busy you don't get that full attention, so we just go during the non rush hours and we are really satisfied.\r

I've always found Kubo's staff to be a little inferior but tonight's (Saturday) seating service was TERRIBLE.
