The show takes place in the local Disney 'toon nightclub in Main Street, Toontown. Even though it says House of Villians, there's no other description of it being a halloween movie.

I own the VHS version and I can honestly say that the quality of the DVD is better than I expected. I not only have the nostalgia aspect, but I now appreciate the humor that the Disney writers and animators put in these films. He loves Disney and has most of the films.

Grandkids love the movie!!! This has little to do with Disney Villians...they are simply in the audience as Mickey introduces cartoons about Halloween featuring Donald Duck & nephews & other cartoons with Mickey & pluto. We had owned the dvd but she kept misplacing it and we finally lost track of it all together.

The scripts skillfully put Disney's classic characters all together for the first time, resulting in some very funny situations. There's a problem loading this menu right now. One of my all-time favorite Halloween classics has only been on VHS and DVD since 2002, and never been reissued since, like Mickey's Magical Christmas in 2009.

But, there soon developed a problem that I never really thought of.
