Anyway, looking back, I didn't know what I was missing, because certainly I could have visited the trees anytime, but seeing the Grateful Dead that particular day was a once in a lifetime experience! 281 2.
)PS:we left it in DEDHAM MASS!! 2005. Essential for any serious Dead collection. Its definitely worth a purchase. It was a fairly good show. If i couldA bin there I would of been there, what a terrific sound and spirit , just no SHAKEDOWN STREET. Both Jerry and Bob are clearly into the music this night as are the rest of the band for that matter. Glad to have it on DVD now since I don't remember too much of the performance ;). TR and I had been looking for the Dew since 86, I did Foxboro and this show solo(the NY state thruway is closed man, lotta freaks!) What a wonderful 3 days south of Buffalo.
Very high energetic show here. As one attendee observed the initial blast of energy during the opening song was astonishing..
Then on w/ the rest of summer tour!!! Geez, he seemed to enjoy this one.
